摘  要:本文对我国夏热冬冷地区主要城镇居住建筑能耗调研数据及各地统计数据进行了对比分析。结果表明,2000~2010年,随着经济水平的高速增长,夏热冬冷地区主要城市城镇居住建筑能耗除上海稳定增长外,其余城市均高速增长,2010年的单位建筑面积年用电量基本都达到了30~32 kWh/(m2.a)。另外,调研数据显示,夏热冬冷地区空调和供暖以部分时间和部分空间的间歇式为主,夏季空调用电量为6~7 kWh/(m2.a)、冬季供暖用电量为2~4 kWh/(m2.a),而少数集中空调系统的能耗是平均值的3倍以上。In this paper,the investigation data of energy consumption of major urban residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions and statistical data at respective regions in China were compared and analyzed. The results demonstrated that from 2000 to 2010,with the high-speed economic development, energy consumption of residential buildings in Shanghai grew stably among major cities, but it grew rapidly in other cities, and the annual electricity consumption per building area in 2010 basically reached 30 ~ 32 kWh/(m2 "a). Besides, the investigation data indicated that air-conditioning and heating systems in hot summer and cold winter regions worked intermittently and irregularly at time and at place;the electricity consumption of air-conditioning system in summer was 6 ~ 7 kWh/( m2 ·a) , and that of heating system in winter was 2 ~ 4 kWh/( m2 · a). In addition, energy consumption of some central air- conditioning systems was 3 times higher than the average value.
