摘　　要：论文以ISO11620:2008和《省级图书馆评估标准》为例,从指标体系、指标数量、指标质量三个方面对中外图书馆绩效评估指标体系进行比较研究,对我国公共图书馆开展绩效评估提出四点建议。Taking ISOl1620：2008 and ＂Provincial Library Assessment Standards＂ as a ease, this paper studies comparatively on the performance indicator systems for the library between China and foreign country from three aspects of the indicator system, the number of indicators and the quality of indicators. Finally, it puts forward four proposals in order to undertake performance assessment among the public libraries in China.
