摘 要:目的:建立金菊颗粒质量研究标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对金菊颗粒中的菊花、连翘、赤芍和黄芩进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中绿原酸的含量。色谱柱:Phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-醋酸溶液[水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(85∶1∶0.3)](17∶83);检测波长:327nm;流速:0.8mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果:大黄、黄芩、赤芍、连翘和菊花特征斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。绿原酸在250.8~1 504.8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.25%,RSD为0.93%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便准确、专属性强、重复性好,可作为金菊颗粒的质量控制标准。Objective:To establish a method for quality control of Jinju granules. Methods:Chrysanthemi Flos, Forsythiae Fruc tus, Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Scutellariae Radix in Jinju granules were indetified by thin-layer chromatography. The content of Chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. The column was Phenomenex C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) , the mobile phase was methanol-ethylic acid solution [water-acetic acid-triethylamine (85 : 1 : 0.3)](17 : 83). The flow rate was 0.8mL/min and column temperature was 30℃. The detective wavelength was 327nm. Results:The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The linearly range of chlorogenic acid was 250.8-1 504.8μg. The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 98. 25% and RSD was 0.93% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be adopted for the quality control of Jinju granules and content determination of chlorogenic acid.
