摘　　要：分析了吉林省农村居民点用地存在的问题,提出了吉林省农村居民点用地调整的三个原则:因地制宜的原则;以发展农村经济为中心的原则;集约性与适度规模性原则。并在此基础上提出了用地调整的方法与措施:规划先行;突出中心村的建设;优化土地配置,实现城乡一体化的空间整合,提高土地综合利用效益;培养造就新农民;积极发展生态型村庄。The main problems of rural residential lands of Jilin Province are analyzed. Three principles for rural residential land consolidation of Jilin Province are put forward in the article. The three principles are to be adjustable measures to local conditions, to develop the rural economy as the central principle, to be intensive and moderate scale principle. On the basis of the three principles, the follow measures are brought forward： planning firstly, prominent central village construction, improving land utilization efficiency by realizing the integration of urban and rural spatial integration, training new farmers, positive development of ecological village.
