基于城市功能的安阳市宜居城市评价与实现途径研究

摘　　要：在分析城市功能的基础上,选取影响城市宜居环境的主要指标,对安阳市近十来年的有关统计数据采用定量与定性相结合方法,进行主成分分析和回归分析。结果显示经济发展水平、城市功能与人居环境之间有很强的相关性。安阳市建设宜居城市须在科学发展观的指导下,坚持以人为本,按城市总体规划的要求,重点加快经济发展,加强经济实力,提高城市人文社会环境的宜居性,构建文明和谐的现代化城市,成为豫北区域性中心强市,助推中原经济区建设。Based on analysis of city function and selecting major indexes that affected livable environment in a city, we had conducted PCA （principal component analysis） and regression analysis in terms of quantity and quality. Results show that economic development, city function and livable environment were highly related. Following the city＇s overall planning, the building of a livable in Anyang city must be guided with scientific development outlook and the principle of people-orientation, and focused on economic development to increase economic strength, and raised livability in terms of cultural and social environment, so as to build a civilized and harmonious modern city, and raised up to be a strong regional city in north part of Henan province and promoted the economic development of central China.
