摘　　要：在对比分析国内外灾后援建模式的基础上,以我国汶川和玉树地震灾区重建为例,结合我国实际,借鉴国外灾后重建经验,提出应加强教育、心理和防灾减灾机制力度的对策,形成正确思路和科学灾后援建规划。The base of summarized the areas and the cycle of domestic and international post-disaster reconstruction mode, and comparative analysis of the similarities and differences of the domestic and international post-disaster reconstruction mode, in case of Wenchuan and Yushu earthquake, the paper combines with the reality of our country and learns from foreign experience in pest disaster reconstruction, and proposes countermeasure efforts to strengthen education, psychology and disaster prevention and miti-gation mechanisms, the formation of the right ideas and scientific.
