摘 要:随着社社会经济的发展,土地资源开发强度持续升高,对水资源的需求量日益增长,导致黄骅市水土资源矛盾日益加剧。本文依据土地利用类型、土壤类型及DEM等下垫面条件,把黄骅市划分为828个水文响应单元。通过水资源供需平衡分析与计算,构建水土资源耦合模型,逐一计算水文响应单元的水土资源耦合指数。并运用耦合指数对黄骅市水土资源耦合的空间差异进行了研究,结果表明区域水土资源耦合程度存在明显的空间异质性。根据耦合指数的空间分布,在水资源约束下对黄骅市土地利用方式进行了优化调整,调整后,农用地、林地、园地面积有所增加,未利用地面积减小,水域滩涂面积保持不变,实现了区域水土资源平衡,为促进黄骅市水土资源可持续发展提供了科学依据。Along with social and economic growth in Huanghua City, the increasing contradiction between water-soil supply and demand has become more and more acute. In the context of resoume shortage, water and soil resource coupling has become more and more necessary. But it is very difficult to accurately matching water and soil resources in a small scale. According to underlying surface conditions,like land use types, soil types, DEM, ect. Huanghua City is divided into 828 hydrological response units, this paper analyzed the water supply and demand, built the coupling model of water and soil resources, calculated the coupling index of water and soil resources of hydrological response one by one. Results indicated that: ①water supply and demand of Huanghua City in the spatial distribution is not balanced; ② water and soil coupling degree in most of the area is low. Based on the difference of the water and soil resource coupling, under the restriction of the water resources, an adjustment model of land use is established. After the adjustment, the area of agricultural land, forest land, garden plot are increased, the area of unutilized land is reduced, the area of waters and beach are unchanged. The research realizes the balance of the water and soil resource in Huanghua City.
