摘　　要：在我国,电力行业与煤炭行业都是国民经济的基础行业,我国的电力体系实行行业改革,煤炭的价格根据市场的变化而变化,而电的价格是国家计划的,二者相互矛盾,相互制约。国家采取部分措施促进煤炭行业和电力行业的发展,改善了二者关系,促进了国民经济的发展。文章分析了国家在电力改革的过程中,电力体系与煤炭行业的背景和进程,使煤炭行业变挑战为机遇。In our country,the electric power industry and the coal industry is the foundation of the national economy industry,our power system reform of industry,coal price according to the changes of the market and change,but electricity prices is the national plan,they are contradictory,restrict each other.Countries take part of the coal industry and measures to promote the development of the electric power industry,improve the two relations,and promote the development of national economy.Analysis in electric power of the country under the reform process,electric power system and the coal industry background and processes,make the coal industry turning challenges into opportunities.
