摘  要:以粉煤灰、电石渣为主要原料,配以适量的赤泥、水玻璃渣及石膏等,经一定工艺可以制成性能良好的蒸压砖。对样品的力学性能、抗冻性、碳化系数和干燥收缩性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:水玻璃渣、赤泥及电石渣添加量均对样品的性能有比较明显的影响;蒸压粉煤灰砖的最佳实验条件为:粉煤灰50%、电石渣10%、水玻璃渣10%、赤泥20%、石屑10%、脱硫石膏2%,成型压力30 MPa,蒸压温度180℃,蒸压时间10 h。The fly-ash, carbide slag, red-mud,sodium silicate slag, gypsum and other raw materials were made into good per- formance autoclaved brick. The mechanical properties,frost resistance,carbonation coefficient and drying shrinkage of samples were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the addition of red-mud,sodium silicate slag and carbide slag had relatively obvious influence on performance of the samples. The optimum experimental conditions of autoclaved brick were that fly-ash addition was 50%,carbide slag addition was lO%,sodium silicate slag was lO%,red-mud addition was 20%,stone chips addition was lO%,and FGD gypsum was 2%: molding pressure was 30 MPa, autoclave temperature was 180 ℃,and autoclave time was 10 h.
