摘 要:通过向含有聚醚大单体、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠等的混合水溶液体系中加入氧化还原引发剂的方法使体系共聚,在室温条件下制备出含有聚醚侧链、羧基和磺酸基的聚羧酸高效减水剂。试验结果表明,该研究很好地克服了传统聚羧酸减水剂只能在高温加热条件下制备的缺陷,制备的减水剂具有固含量高、掺量低、分散性好、混凝土减水率高、对混凝土有良好的保坍和增强作用等特点。The polycarboxylate superplasticizer containing side chains of unsaturated polyether is prepared by the way of adding redox initiator to the mixed system containing macro monomer of polyether, acrylic acid,sodium methylally~ sulfonate,etc, at room-temperature. Testing of this superplasticizer showed that this preparation method solved the problem that traditional polycarboxylate superplasticizer only can be prepared at high-temperature. At the same time,the polycarboxylate superplasticizer still keeps the good characteristics of high solid content,low dosage,good dispersibility,high water-reducing rate,etc, and good slump retaining and reinforcing function to the concrete.
