摘 要:目的以黏附性和人参皂苷Rg1的透皮速率为指标优选三七总皂苷巴布剂的透皮促进剂。方法采用多功能贴膏剂测力仪测定巴布剂的初黏力和剥离强度,采用Franz扩散池和大鼠腹部皮肤进行体外透皮扩散实验以测定透皮速率。结果在保持巴布剂初黏力和剥离强度不变的前提下,三七总皂苷巴布剂能够承载更高质量分数的固体透皮促进剂,但以液体促进剂促透效果好。不同透皮促进剂对人参皂苷Rg1的促透能力按大小顺序排列为2%氮酮>1%油酸>3%薄荷脑>2%桉油>3%冰片,其中2%氮酮可增加透皮速率达7.9倍。结论三七总皂苷巴布剂透皮促进剂选择氮酮为首。AIM To select both the adhesion and permeation rate of ginsenoside Rg1 as indices to screen transdermal enhancers of Panax notoginseng saponins cataplasm.METHODS Multifunctional plaster dynamometer was employed to evaluate the initial adhesion and peel strength,and the transdermal rate of Panax notoginseng saponins was measured by Franz diffusion cells through rat abdominal skin in vitro.RESUITS The results indicated that Panax notoginseng saponins cataplasm could load-bear more content of solid transdermal enhancers with the prerequisite of constant initial adhesion and peel strength,while liquid transdermal enhancers had more permeability efficiency.The descending order of magnitude of the influence of transdermal enhancer on permeation rate was 2% azone,1% oleic acid,3% menthol,2% eucalyptus oil and 3% borneol.In particular,2% azone increased about 7.9 times.CONCLUSION The result provides that azone is the first choice for Panax notoginseng saponins cataplasm as the enhancer.
