摘  要:以2,4-二羟基苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲为载体的碳糊钴离子选择性电极被研制出来。该电极对Co2+呈现近Nernst电位响应性能,电极斜率为26.9 mV/decade,线性范围为4.8×10-7~1.0×10-1mol.L-1,检测下限2.0×10-7mol.L-1。电极的pH值应用范围为2.5~5.0,对Co2+具有良好的选择性。电极的响应时间为1min,在使用一个月后其电极电位响应性能未见下降。运用紫外-可见光谱技术初步探讨了电极响应机理。将电极用于实际样品中钴含量的分析检测,其结果令人满意。A modified carbon paste eleetrede based 2,4-dihydroxyaeetophenone thiosemiearbazone as the cartier for selectivedeter- mination of Co2+ was developed. The electrode presents near-Nernst potential response to Co2+ ,The potential response slope is 26. 9 mV/deeade,linear range is 4. 8× 10-7 - 1.0× 10^-1 mol·L-1 , detection limit is 2. 0× 10-7 mol·L^-1. The electrode shows a good selec- tivity for Co^2+ at pH range of 2. 5 - 5.0. Its response time is 1 min. Besides, its potential response performance did not decline after one month. The response mechanism was primarily discussed in the view of the UV-vis spectroscopy technique. The electrode was applied to the real samples for selectively determination of Co^2+ with satisfactory results.
