摘 要:针对当前铁路隧道钻爆法建设中普遍采用的机具装备与工序组织,分析现阶段存在仰拱栈桥长度不足、初期支护工序矛盾、锁脚锚杆设置意见不统一、初期支护缺乏检测4个方面的问题,提出加长仰拱栈桥、调整初期支护工序、规范锁脚锚杆设置、增加初期支护无损检测的解决方案。Focusing on commonly-used machinery and equipment in current railway tunnels constructed by drill-blasting method as well as process organization, four existing problems are discussed in this paper, including insufficiency of inverted arch trestle length, contradiction of initial support process, difference of feet-lock bolt settlement, and shortage of initial support testing. And then the methods to solve above-mentioned problems are proposed in this paper, including lengthening inverted arch trestle, adjusting initial support process, standardizing settlement of feet-lock bolt, increasing nondestructive testing of initial support.
