摘  要:建议对地面控制自动过分相术语进行规范;为创新归纳工程设计的诸多内容,针对工程项目开展应用研究,梳理规范工程设计中各专业的分工和相关专业的配套接口设计原则、方法、内容;创新采用分相所箱体结构、八跨式或"N+n"的双断口绝缘锚段关节式电分相、系统供电远动通道接口及远动监控技术、土建工程设计要点;以及机车兼容配套等预算费用编列等问题;创新应用研究取得了青藏铁路西格复线、神朔铁路等多处地面控制自动过分相系统成功应用实例,得出创新应用研究先进科学可行的结论。This paper proposes the need to specify the terminology covering automatic ground control neutral-section passing; streamlines and specifies the principle, method, contents, discipline division and related interfaces on the bases of the study and application of the engineering design. This paper also introduces the box type structure in phase passing station, eight-span or"N+n" double-fracture insulating anchoring employed for phase passing, remote control passage interface and remote control monitoring, and the essentials in the designing of civil engineering. Issues relating to the budgeting for the compatibility of locomotive and successful application of ground control neutral-section passing on Xi-Ge Double Line of Qinghai-Tibet Railway and Shen ~ Shuo Railway are presented, and innovative, advanced and applicable technologies are concluded.
