摘 要:根据通辽铁路枢纽扩能改造工程需要及行车运输组织要求,结合设备现状和运用情况,对关系行车安全的调度系统,进行详细业务需求分析,通过综合技术方案比选,提出通辽设置调度通信主系统的方案,优化枢纽内调度系统组网结构,从而提高调度系统的可靠性和可扩展性,有效地保障了铁路通信畅通,使编组站内作业流程便捷有序,也为后续的项目设计提供参考。According to project demand of Tongliao Railway Terminal expansion and reconstruction, as well as traffic transport organization requirement, in combination with the device status and the usage, focusing on the dispatching system which is closely related to the traffic safety, the author analyzed the business needs in details. And after comprehensive comparison with every technology scheme, the author proposed a scheme in which a main dispatching communication system should be set up in Tongliao. This scheme, by optimizing the network structure of dispatching communication within the terminal, and by improving the reliability and scalability of dispatching communication system, has effectively ensured the railway communication system free from obstructions, and has made the operation procedure within a marshalling station convenient and orderly. Moreover, it may be a reference for the follow-up project design.
