摘 要:提出了一种颚式破碎机偏心轴楔横轧成形新工艺。利用有限元软件Deform-3D对楔横轧颚式破碎机偏心轴进行数值模拟,分析了其成形过程、应变场分布及工艺特点。模拟结果表明:颚式破碎机偏心轴楔横轧工艺是可行的;在同心轴变形为偏心轴过程中,非轧制区金属等效应变在变形初期较大,其值为1.8;原始坯料在与轧辊基圆及导板接触时发生较大的挤压变形,应该采取工艺措施控制。本文为大直径偏心轴高效化、节能化制坯提供了理论依据。A new technology for eccentric shaft of iaw crusher was proposed. By using finite element method of Deform- ,3I) software, the cross wedge rolling of forming eccentric shaft of jaw crusher was simulated, the deformation process, and the distribution of strain and the technology characteristics of eccentric shaft of iaw crusher were analyzed. Simula tion results indicate that the new methodology of cross wedge rolling of eccentric shaft for jaw crusher is feasible; when thc concentric shaft becomes the eccentric shaft, metal equivalent strain in non rolling zone is larger, up to 1.8 at the beginning of deformation. The raw material has larger contact deformation when it comes into contact with the roller base circle and guide plate, and these should be controlled by taking measures. The result provides a theory foundation for forming large-sized eccentric shaft with high efficient and saving energy.
