摘 要:基于Deform-3D有限元软件,建立了某规格304不锈钢四通件挤压成形热力耦合有限元模型,揭示了成形过程中载荷行程曲线及应变场、坯料损伤的分布规律,得到了挤压该规格四通件挤压设备吨位。研究结果显示,高应变值主要集中在坯料金属流经垂直冲头的区域,坯料金属损伤随挤压不断减小,内表层表面质量得到提高。所挤压的304不锈钢四通件表面光洁,无裂纹、无毛刺及明显划痕,四通件内表面光洁度优于外表面,内表面光洁度沿着管部从外侧向中心不断得到提高。该研究为三通件多向加载成形工艺参数的优化以及缺陷的控制,提供了指导。Based on Deform-3D, a thermal-mechanical plasticity FEM model for extrusion process of four valve body was established. The load stroke curves, the stain fields and the distribution of blank damage in the extrusion process were revealed. The extrusion press tonnage for extruding the specified four valve body was obtained. The research re- sults show that the high strain values mainly focus on the area where the blank flows through vertical punch. The val ues of blank damage decrease with extrusion process and the surface quality of inner layer is improved. The surface of the extruded 304 stainless steel four valve body is smooth without crack and burrs, nor obviously scratches. The inter- nal surface roughness is better than that of the outer surface, and internal surface roughness along the tube from the outer to the center is improved continually. The achievement of research provides guide lines for the controlhng of dis- figurement and the optimization of parameters.
