摘  要:为了定量分析高速冲床的环境适应性,选择其润滑系统为研究对象。将润滑系统分为12个子单元,分别对应一种故障模式。首先对系统进行故障模式分析,然后采用风险优先数(RPN)方法,依据评分准则对概率等级打分,得出润滑系统的故障模式危害度分析结果。引入实际环境影响因数e,在FMECA分析的基础上,得出系统各单元的环境危害度E,以此表征其环境适应性。结果表明:过滤器和分油器单元的环境适应性最差,应当重点改进。In order to quantitatively analyze the environmental suitability of high speed punch, the lubrication system was chosen as the research object. The lubrication system was divided into twelve units, each corresponding to a failure mode, and the system failure modes were analyzed first. Then based on the marking criterion, the risk priority number (RPN) method was adopted, so the failure mode criticality analysis of lubrication system was obtained. The actual en- vironmental impact factor e was introduced, and based on FMECA results, environmental damage index E of each units was obtained, and it was used to characterize the environmental suitability. Research shows that the percolator and the oil distributor have the poorest environmental suitability, and should be improved first.
