摘 要:通过分析辊锻机的工作原理及性能特点,建立了辊锻机工作部分的三维模型。应用有限元软件,采用线弹性和接触分析办法对自主研发的1250mm辊锻机工作部分进行整体有限元分析,综合考虑机架的变形和锻辊的变形,得出了辊锻机锻辊在辊锻过程中的位移分布,其中第3道次最大变形量最大,为1.7269mm。本文计算出了辊锻机的整体刚度,并与通常锻压机械的许用刚度对比得出,1250mm辊锻机的刚度刚度满足设计要求。Through analysis of the operation principle and features for roll forging machine, a three dimensional model of roll forging machine was built. Based on linear elastic and contact analysis method, the integral finite element analysis method was applied for the working part of self-developped 1250 mm roll forging machine. Comprehensively considering the deformation of the rack and roll, the displacement distribution of roll in roll forging process was obtained, and the maximum deformation of the third pass is the biggest with value of 1. 7269 mm. The whole stiffness of roll forging machine was calculated, com- pared with working stiffness of metal forming machinery and the stiffness meets the requirements.
