摘 要:介绍了时变效应对于乳化液热弹流润滑轧辊轴承的影响,对比了稳态与时变条件下的热弹流润滑膜的压力与膜厚。建立了考虑时变效应的乳化液润滑轧辊轴承热弹流润滑数学模型,利用压力求解的多重网格法和弹性变形的多重网格积分法,得到了时变条件下乳化液热弹流润滑轧辊轴承的数值解。计算结果表明:时变效应对于热弹流乳化液润滑膜压力的影响很小,但对于膜厚的影响却很大,即时变效应时乳化液的润滑膜厚明显变薄。The effect of transient on emulsion thermal elastohy drodynamic lubricated roll bearing was introduced. Thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication film pressure and film thickness were compared in the thermal steady state and the thermal transient state. The mathematical model of thermal elastohy drodynamic elastohydrodynamic lubrication of roll bearing was established considering the transient effect. The distributions of lubricating film pressure and film thickness were obtained by numerical simulation using the multi-grid method for pressure, the multi-integration method for deformation and the column scanning method for temperature rise. The calculation results show that the influence of the transient effect on thermal elastohydrodynamie emulsion film pressure is very small. But it is serious for the in- fluence of film thickness. The film thickness of transient effect is far less than the steady film thickness.
