摘　　要：采用信息化技术建立了铜管铸轧加工过程质量信息管理系统,既实现了铜管铸轧加工现场质量数据的采集和监测,也实现了离线质量统计分析。探讨了质量数据采集、质量分析、质量管理系统的建立与实施。该系统的建立与实施实现了铜管铸轧各工序产品质量信息的采集、存储、分析和批号追踪。A cast-rolling process quality information management system was established by using information technolo- gy, which realized the cast rolling process acquisition and the monitoring of quality data and the off-line quality analy sis. The quality data acquisition, the quality analysis and the quality management system design and implementation were discussed. The quality of information collecting, analysis and batch tracking were realized by the establishment and implementation of the quality management system of copper tube cast-rolling process.
