摘 要:为了适应不断出现的新型拓扑结构,文中提出了一种基于目标波形与逻辑组合的多电平变流器通用调制算法。该算法只需按照传统的调制算法给出等价变流器输出的目标波形及原始工作波形,再通过适当的逻辑组合找到开关器件的实际工作波形,使变流器得到与目标波形一致的输出波形。以混合级联多电平变流器为例,利用提出的调制算法,给出了具体实现方法,并进行了仿真和试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明,该算法简单、易于实现,具有不依赖于拓扑结构的通用性,适用于各种多电平变流器。In order to satisfy new topology structure emerged continuously, a general modulation algorithm for multilevel converter based on target waveform and logic combination is proposed. The algorithm in accordance with the traditional modulation algorithm, the target waveform and primordial operation waveform of the equivalent multilevel converter are given. The real operation waveform of power devices can be attained by proper logic combination of primordial operation waveform, in order to obtain the real output waveform of multilevel converter identieal to target waveform. For instance, by using proposed modulation algorithm for hybrid cascaded multilevel converter, a concrete implementation method is given, which is verified by simulation and test. Simulation and test results show that this algorithm is simple, easy to implement, in common use without dependence on topology structure and suitable for various multilevel converters.
