摘　　要：本文探讨了江西省科技贡献率的发展现状,剖析了江西科技进步促进经济发展中存在科技促进经济的主观意识不强、缺乏相应的制度保障措施、科技发展的经费投入不足、缺少有力的区域经济基础、实践科学所占比重不高等问题,从把握科技开发创新理念、建立科技创新动力机制、搭建科研经费保障机制、提高资本投资有效性、完善科研人员激励机制以及健全科技发展的市场体系等视角,提出了江西科技进步促进经济发展的相应对策。The article first discusses Jiangxi＇ s current situation of the development in scientific and technical contribution rate, and analyzes the existing problems in promoting Jiangxi＇ s economic development with scientific and technological progress, in- cluding weak subjective consciousness of science and technology, deficient system safeguard measures, inadequate S＆T funds, unstable regional economic foundation and low proportion of scientific practice. Then, it explores some related coun- termeasures in promoting Jiangxi＇ s economic development with scientific and technological progress from the perspectives of grasping the concept of sci-tech innovation, establishing the motivation mechanism of sci-tech innovations, setting up the safeguard mechanism of scientific research funds, enhancing the effectiveness of capital investments, improving the incentive mechanism of research personnel and perfecting the market system of technology development.
