54 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated by Direct Current Iontophoresis

摘　　要：目的观察直流电药物离子导入治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法本研究共收集糖尿病周围神经病变患者108例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组(54例)进行糖尿病基础治疗,同时将弥可保0.5 mg加入0.9%NS100 mL静脉滴注,1次/d,3 W为1疗程。治疗组:对照组治疗的基础上,加用直流电药物离子导入治疗(54例)。结果对照组和治疗组的临床症状及肌电图较治疗前均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组的改变优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血糖均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗后血糖比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论直流电药物离子导入治疗组的临床症状及肌电图均有明显改善,优于应用弥可保静滴治疗的患者。Objective to observe the curative effect of direct current iontophoresis in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods This study collected diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with 108 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group（54 cases） were diabetes foundation treatment,at the same time,the 0.5mg joined 0.9 % NS100 mL intravenous drip,1 times / d,3 W for 1 courses.Treatment group： the control group therapy,combined with direct current iontophoresis treatment（54 cases）.Results Clinical symptoms and EMG control group and treatment group were obviously improved than before,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）,but the treatment group were better than the control group（P ＆lt;0.05）.Two groups of patients after treatment,blood glucose was decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）,but the two groups of patients after treatment,blood glucose showed no significant difference（P ＆gt; 0.05）.Conclusion The direct current iontophoresis treatment group’s clinical symptoms and EMG were obviously improved,patients are better than that of Methycobal intravenous patients.
