壮骨止痛方Ⅱ对去卵巢大鼠骨密度及血清E_2的影响

摘　　要：目的观察壮骨止痛方Ⅱ抗骨质疏松症的疗效。方法选取60只3月龄SD雌性大鼠,随机分为六组,10只/组,分别为假手术组、模型组、壮骨止痛方组、壮骨止痛方Ⅱ高、中、低剂量组。给药13周后处死。取血、骨标本从雌激素(E2)及病理形态学方面进行研究。结果与模型组比较,壮骨止痛方Ⅱ组血清中E2浓度呈升高趋势,并能明显增加平均骨小梁密度(P<0.05)。结论壮骨止痛方Ⅱ能升高血清中E2水平的趋势,增加模型组大鼠平均骨小梁密度,逆转骨质疏松症大鼠的病理形态学改变,能有效预防及治疗去势后雌鼠骨质疏松症。Objective to observe the curative effect of Zhuanggu Zhitong prescription on osteoporosis.Methods 60 female SD rats aged only in March,were randomly divided into six groups,10 rats in each group,there were sham operation group,model group,Zhuanggu Zhitong decoction group,Zhuanggu Zhitong decoction II high,middle,and low dose group.After 13 weeks of administration execution.Blood,bone specimens from estrogen（E2） were studied and the pathological morphology.ResultsCompared with the model group,Zhuanggu Zhitong increased E2 concentration in serum was II group,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05） and a marked increase in the average trabecular bone density（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion Zhuanggu Zhitong prescription Ⅱ can increase the E2 level in serum of the trend,the increase in the average bone trabecular density of rats in the model group,the pathological changes reverse osteoporosis rats,can be effective in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.
