新区域主义视角下辽宁省产业集群的发展路径

摘　　要：认为辽宁省产业集群的发展速度缓慢,集群整体竞争力下降;利用当地优势资源,发挥自下而上的区域内部力量来提高辽宁省产业集群的竞争力,是辽宁老工业基地振兴过程中亟待解决的问题。运用新区域主义的观点分析了影响辽宁省产业集群发展的障碍因素,提出了发挥区域多元行动主体能动性、整合区域资源、提升集群学习能力等促进辽宁省产业集群发展的策略。The development speed of industrial clusters of Liaoning Province has been slowdown in recent years,and the overall competitiveness has declined.So,it is an urgent problem to improve the competitiveness of industrial clusters of Liaoning Province by using the advantageous resources and playing the bottom-up forces.Based on the viewpoints of New Regional-ism,this essay analyzes the obstacle factors that affect the development of industrial clusters,and then puts forward the strategies of promoting the development of industrial clusters of Liaoning Province,including playing initiative of multiple action body,integrating regional resources and promoting learning ability of industrial cluster,etc.
