摘　　要：目前保障性住房在售(租)后,出现许多问题,后续管理面临法律上的困境。通过研究现行保障性住房售(租)后管理体制的问题,提出了保障性住房后续管理的法律制度架构以及与现阶段管理相应的法律对策。There are a lot of legal problems in the indemnificatory housing after the sale and rent.Particularly,many legal difficulties have arisen on the follow-up administration.The problems of administrative system after sale and lease of the indemnificatory housing are studied.It is suggested that the ways to achieve an effective follow-up supervision may be by constructing the full regulation of the legal system,the establishment of strict management institutions,and the perfect information disclosure system.
