我校大学生科研课题管理现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解北京中医药大学大学生科研课题开展现状,分析影响大学生科研课题结题的关键因素,提高大学生科研成果质量,为完善大学生科研管理机制提供参考。方法对北京中医药大学大学生进行随机问卷调查,采用Logistic回归分析法对数据进行分析。结果结题组的成员时间与精力、成员间沟通、老师指导、课题可行性及学校审核、管理等,与未结题组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且OR>1。结论大学生科研活动中存在课题成员时间与精力不足、成员间沟通不良、老师指导力度不足、课题缺乏可行性、学校审核、管理力度不足等问题,要提高大学生科研成果质量,完善科研管理机制,需从多方面出发协调之间的关系。Objective To get know the current status of students＇ scientific research projects in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and analyze the key influencing factors on the finishing of these projects for improving the quality of students＇ scientific research achievements and perfecting the management mechanism. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out in students randomly and the data was analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis. Results The difference in time, energy, communication among group members, teacher＇ s guidance, project feasibility and examination and management by the university had statistical significance between finishing group and non-finishing group （P〈O.05, OR〉l）. Conclusion There are many problems in students＇ scientific research activity, such as shortage of time and energy, poor communication among group members, weak teacher＇ s guidance, lack of feasibility, examination and management. The management mechanism of students＇ scientific research should be perfected for improving the quality of the scientific research achievements.
