血清脑钠素水平的测定对产后出血的预测价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清脑钠素(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平的测定对产后出血的预测价值。方法产后出血患者38例,同时选择年龄、孕次、孕周与产后出血组相匹配的正常产妇35例为对照,测定血清BNP水平并进行统计分析。结果产后出血组患者血清BNP水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。产后出血各亚组BNP水平均显著高于正常对照组;大量产后出血组血清BNP水平高于中量组及小量组,中量组高于小量组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清BNP水平对产后出血有预测价值,BNP水平越高,产后出血量越多。Objective To investigate the value of serum brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） level for postpartum hemorrhage prediction. Methods Selected 38 puerperaes with postpartum hemorrhage as postpartum hemorrhage group and other 35 normal puerperaes of the same age, gravidity, gestational weeks were chosen as control group. The serum BNP level of each puerpara was tested and the data was statistically analyzed. Results The BNP levels of postpartum hemorrhage group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. BNP level increased with the rising of bleeding amount, and there was significant difference （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The BNP level in serum has value for postpartum hemorrhage prediction as it rises with the increasing in the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
