摘 要:借助非平衡级模型设计了文丘里填料脱硫塔,并进行了实验验证和分析。实验验证结果显示:设计的文丘里填料脱硫塔,在pH>6、L/G>5的情况下,脱硫效率可以达到72.9%以上;经过调优,在pH值为7、液气比为7.33的情况下,吸收塔脱硫效率最高达95.5%。研究结果证实,与目前的主要中小型脱硫工艺相比,该工艺在正常运行状态下,可以维持较高的脱硫效率,具有一定的工业推广意义。同时,提供的研究方法对文丘里填料脱硫塔的工业设计具有一定的指导作用。The non-equilibrium model was used to design the gas desulfurization technology and the tower with venturi packing, then the experiment on verifying its effect of the desulfurization was done. The result revealed that under the condition of pH 〉 6, the liquid to gas ratio(L/G) 〉 5, the desulfurization efficiency could be up to more than 72.9% ; at the optimal case which keeped pH =7 and L/G = 7.33, the desulfurization efficiency be up to 95.5%. The results of this study confirmed that compared with the current desulfurization process using in the small and medium-sized boilers, this process could achieve desulfurization efficiency in the normal operating state. At the same time, the new research method provided a guidance for designing a gas desulfurization tower with venturi packing.
