摘  要:目的探讨气管炎丸治疗烟熏引起慢性支气管炎模型大鼠的作用机制。方法通过烟熏法复制慢性支气管炎大鼠模型,SD大鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组及气管炎丸组。正常对照组不作任何处理,模型对照组和气管炎丸组通过烟熏造模,模型对照组给予生理盐水、气管炎丸组给予气管炎丸进行干预,观察气管炎丸对大鼠血清CRP、sICAM-1及肺组织IL-8、NO等指标的影响。结果气管炎丸组与模型对照组比较,肺组织IL-8显著性升高(P<0.01)、NO显著性降低(P<0.05)。血清CRP、sICAM-1均降低,但差异无显著性。结论降低肺组织IL-8、提高肺组织NO含量可能是气管炎丸发挥治疗慢性支气管炎重要作用机制之一。Objective Explore the Qiguanye pill treatment of smoke caused by the mechanism of the rat model of chronic bronchitis.Methods Copied by the smoke method a rat model of chronic bronchitis,experimental SD rats were divided into normal control group,model group and Qiguanye pill group.Normal without any treatment in the control group,model group and Qiguanye pill group through the smoke modeling,model control group were given saline,The Qiguanye pill group was given the Qiguanye pill intervention,observe Qiguanye pills rat serum CRP and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in lung tissueIL-8,the impact of NO and other indicators.Results Qiguanye pill group compared with the model group,lung tissue IL-8 were significantly increased(P0.01) NO significantly decreased(P0.05).Serum CRP,sICAM-1 in lung tissue decreased,but the difference was not significant.Conclusions Reduce lung tissue IL-8,and improve the content of lung tissue NO may play an important role in one of the mechanisms of the treatment of chronic bronchitis Qiguanye pills.
