妊娠期糖尿病新诊断标准的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病新诊断标准对母婴并发症、妊娠结局的影响。方法将妇产科学妊娠期糖尿病诊断标准(旧标准)应用于2011年住院分娩产妇231例,将国际妊娠合并糖尿病研究组(IADPSG)新制定的标准(新标准)应用于2012年住院分娩产妇371例,把二者糖尿病发生率及母婴并发症发生率作比较分析。结果新诊断标准组糖尿病的发生率明显高于旧诊断标准(P<0.05),母婴并发症发生率低于旧诊断标准(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病诊断标准的提高,有助于及早发现并治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者,控制妊娠期高血糖,减少母婴并发症的发生,改善妊娠母婴结局。Objective Explore new diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes on maternal complications,pregnancy outcome.Methods Obstetrics and Gynecology Gestational diabetes diagnostic criteria（the old standard） applied to the 2011 231 case of maternal hospital delivery,the International Diabetes Complicating Pregnaancy Study Group（IADPSG） new standards（new standard） applied to the 2012 371 case of maternal hospital delivery,the two diabetes prevalence and incidence of maternal complications for comparative analysis.Results The new diagnostic criteria for group diabetes incidence was significantly higher than the old diagnostic criteria（P0.05）,the incidence of maternal complications is less than the old diagnostic criteria（P0.05）.Conclusion Improvement of the diagnostic criteria of gestational diabetes,and contribute to the early detection and treatment of gestational diabetes,to control gestational high blood sugar,reduce the incidence of maternal complications and improve maternal and neonatal outcomes of pregnancy.
