摘 要:该工程将宿迁主城区现状排入京杭运河的工业废水和污水处理厂尾水截流后输送至新沂河(其后尾水经沿途湿地处理净化后东排人海),在改善运河该段水质及水环境的同时,还可起到“安全阀门”的作用,避免由于企业突发污染事件对调水水质产生影响。针对工程输送线路较长、截流及输送方式复杂、输送介质为污水、城区段工程沿线房屋及工厂企业众多等特点,通过优化工程布置,在合理确定投资的基础上,为工程顺利实施及便于今后运行管理打下良好基础。To improve the water quality and water environment of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Suqian, this project, as a "safety valve" effect,intercepted the waste water from factories and the sewage treatment plant,then transported it into the Xinyi River (subsequently the tail water would be purified by the wetland and discharged into the sea). As the project featured longer transmission line, more complex in- tercepting and transportation modes and sewage being transporting media, we had carried out the optimization of the engineering layout, and obtained good effect through the reasonable investment.
