摘 要:针对采用超声法检测钢板厚度需打磨,而水利工程金属结构涂层破损后修复困难的情况,结合涂层厚度和超声法测钢板厚度的原理,研究了不破坏涂层的钢板厚度测量方法。重点从理论上对方法依据的原理开展了推导,并对方法的测量误差开展了分析,初步得到了误差的主导因素,同时依据理论研究,开展了3种类型构件共计300个测点的原型实验,并结合理论对实验成果进行了分析,得到了方法的主要控制因素。以上述成果为基础,充分考虑适用性和实用性,初步提出了无损涂层检测钢板厚度的方法,可作为水利工程钢板厚度检测的参考。The steel plate thickness can be detected with ultrasonic method. With this method,the steel plate must be polished and it is difficult to repair polished metal coating in water conservancy project. According to the coating thickness and mechanism of ultrasonic method,it resear ches the measurement method of steel plate thickness with nondestructive coating. It derives the mechanism of method,and analyzes the meas- urement errors. Based on the above- mentioned method, the dominant factors of errors have been initially obtained. Meanwhile,according to the theory study,prototype test including three hundred measuring points for three types members has been done, and test results has been ana- lyzed. In addition,it also obtained main control factors. Based on the results, the method of coating non-destructive detection method for steel plate thickness has been primarily presented through fully considering suitability and practicability, which can provide references for detecting steel plate thickness in water conservancy project.
