摘　　要：现场管理是生产第一线的综合管理，6s是现场管理的有效工具。现对6S现场管理六要素的共性进行了分析，结合天津泰达自来水公司净水厂6s管理工作的实例，对6S管理在供水行业的推广和应用效果加以介绍，探讨了净水厂6s管理的运行步骤、效果保持及目标实现过程。6S is one effective tool for site management which is the comprehensive management for frontline of production. It analyzed the six elements in common for 6S on site management, used Teda Water Company as a case,introduced 6S management in water supply industry and gave a introduction of its effeet,discussed the operation steps,how to remain effects and achieve goals.
