摘　　要：《水闸安全鉴定规定》（SL214—98）规定现场安全检测包括一般规定、安全检测内容和现场安全检测报告三部分，但这些只是原则性规定，对如何进行现场安全检测的技术规定则显得很薄弱，缺乏可操作性。基于此，该文结合《水闸安全鉴定规定》（SL214—98）的相关规定和工作经验，重点从现场安全检测承担单位要求、检测方案编制、现场检测时需注意问题、检测项目及常用检测方法等几方面进行探讨，以期为以后的水闸工程现场安全检测工作有所帮助。＂Stipulation for Safety Appraisal of Sluice＂ （SL 214-98） stipulated the on-site safety detection including general provisions,safety in- spection contents and site safety inspection report, but these were only the principles, technical rules on how to conduct on-site safety testing were very weak, and lacked of operability. Based on this, combining the relevant provisions in ＂Stipulation for Safety Appraisal of Sluice＂ （SL 214-98） and working experience, this article discussed emphatically the aspects in safety inspection unit requirements, inspecting plan, questions which inspecting should pay attention to, inspect items and commonly used inspection methods, in order to provide helps to the future of the on- site safety inspection.
