摘　　要：随着网络信息时代的发展,为了有效发挥政治工作的作战和服务功能,需要部队政工干部在具备基本素质的基础上,更要具备较高的信息化素养。对军队政工干部信息化素养的概念进行了阐述,分析了当前培养提高我军政工干部信息化素养的意义与存在问题,探讨了培养提高军队政工干部信息化素养的基本对策,对于推动部队政治工作的信息化建设有着重要的意义。Along with the development of the network information age, in order to effectively play the political work of the operation and service function.Political work officer need to have higher information literacy on the basis of basic quality. In this paper, the army political work officer expatiates on the concept of information literacy, analyzes the significance of information literacy training to improve army political work officer＇ ability, in promoting the informatization construction of army political work has important significance.
