摘  要:对铁矿粉的高温基础性能进行了测定,并以此为依据,进行了烧结杯优化配矿试验。以垂直烧结速度、转鼓强度和低温还原粉化性能作为评价指标,考察了不同配矿方案的优劣。结果表明:当改变混合料中高温基础性能不同的铁矿粉配比时,会对烧结过程生成液相的数量产生影响,进而影响烧结矿产量和冶金性能。The basic high temperature properties of iron ore fines were measured. On the basis of this, the sintering proportioning optimization pot grate tests were made. The vertical sintering speed, tumbler index and low temperature reduction degradation were regarded as the indexes to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different sintering proportioning schemes. The result shows that changing the proportion of iron ore fines with different basic high temperature properties in the sinter mixture will affect the amount of liquid phase produced in the sintering process, thus it will affect the sinter output and metallurgical properties.
