摘 要:若想提高小间隙井的固井质量,需要扩眼增大环空间隙。基于环空水力摩阻当量密度,提出了小间隙环空摩阻压降当量密度法、管内外推力相等法和声幅测井法等3种小间隙固井扩眼尺寸确定法,并综合3种方法给出了小间隙固井扩眼值的推荐范围。所得结果认为,为保证139.7、127.0和114.3 mm套管固井质量,所需扩眼尺寸分别为176.7~187.5、164.5~174.8和151.6~162.1 mm。该研究成果应用于塔河油田S119-1CH井127.0 mm尾管固井中,在井下5 561.45~5 976.00 m固井质量优质。The annular gap should be increased through reaming in order to improve the cementing quality of small-gap wells. On the basis of annular hydraulic friction equivalent density, the three methods to determine the small-gap reaming size were formulated, including the equivalent density method of small-gap annular friction pres- sure differential, internal and external tube thrust equivalence method and acoustic amplitude logging method. The recommended scope of small-gap cementing reaming value was given through a comprehensive consideration of the three methods. The findings show that to ensure the cementing quality of the 139.7, 127.0 and 114.3 mm cas- ings, the reaming dimensions required are 176.7 - 187.5, 164. 5 - 174. 8 and 151.6 - 162.1 ram. The research achievement was applied to the ~127.0 mm liner cementing in Well Sl19- 1CH in Tahe Oilfield. The cementing quality was very good within the downhole depth of 5 561.45 -5 976.00 m.
