摘 要:简述了水下控制模块的组成和功能,介绍了Aker Solution公司和FMC公司的3种不同类型水下控制模块,阐述了其基本组成和主要功能。随后指出水下控制模块技术将朝着更智能、更可靠、更快速及全电控的方向发展。最后,就国内对水下控制模块的研发提出几点建议:及时掌握水下控制模块的前沿技术;充分借鉴国外成熟经验,开发设计符合当前操作习惯的水下控制模块;对水下控制模块的关键技术进行深入研究,保证控制系统安全可靠;建立试验平台,为水下控制模块创造试验条件;对水下控制模块中的液压控制阀、传感器等进行深入研究,最终实现水下控制模块的国产化。The composition and function of the subsea control module (SCM) were described briefly in the pa- per. Three types of SCM produced by Aker Solution Company and FMC Company were introduced and their basic composition and main functions were expounded. Then, it was pointed out that the SCM technology will develop to- ward more intelligent, more reliable, faster and full electric control SCM. Finally, suggestions on domestic SCM development were offered. First, the cutting-edge technology of SCM should be grasped on time. Second, mature foreign experience shouht be fully referred to in order to develop and design the SCM which is in agreement with the current operating habit. Third, in-depth research on key technology of SCM should be conducted to ensure the safe- ty and reliability of the control system. Fourth, the test platform should be built to provide the experimental condi- tion for SCM. Finally, further research on the hydraulic control valve, sensor and so on, should be done in order to achieve the complete localization of SCM.
