摘 要:水平井裸眼封隔器完井分段压裂技术在压裂施工过程中存在较大风险。针对红河油田HH36P107井裸眼封隔器完井分段压裂预置管柱下入后循环通道堵死问题,根据施工现象进行深入分析。首先确定循环通道堵塞类型为管内堵塞,再根据具体情况,有针对性地制定合理的处理措施。利用连续管对井筒进行冲洗处理循环通道堵塞的方法,不仅轻松排除掉管内沉砂类堵塞物,建立起畅通的进液通道,也为后续分段压裂施工奠定了基础,而且风险小、时间短、节约成本,具有良好的经济效益。There exisls a relatively great risk with staged fracture technology of horizontal open-hole packer com- pletioi. The cirmdatiow passage is blocked off after the running of the staged fraeture pre-sel string of opew-hole packer eompleliml in Well Htt36P107 in Honghe Oilfield. In lighl of this problem, a delailed analysis was conduc-ted according to the operation. I:iust, tile type of bhmkage of the circulation passage was determined as in-tube blockage. Then, the reasonable pertinent measure was taken according lo the specific ~'onditions. The method Io use coiled tubing to fh, sh the shaft so as to deal wilh the passage blockage can easily remove in-tube sand setting blockage, build the unbhmked liquid-feeding passage and lay Ihe foundation for subsequent staged fraelurblg. Mo-reover, it is characterized by slighl risk, short time and cost-saving, wilh desirable economic benefits.
