插管封隔悬挂器在镇泾油田分段压裂中的应用

摘　　要：针对国产悬挂器存在环空封隔压力低,不具备双向锚定能力以及坐封载荷大等问题,对常规插管封隔悬挂器的结构进行了优化设计。通过增大工具内径,保证了压裂作业中大直径憋压球的顺利通过,从而使得分段压裂工具的可压裂级数不受限制;同时增设了双级液缸坐封机构,配套了插入锁紧密封装置。改进后的插管封隔悬挂器可实现对压裂管柱的双向锚定及尾管重叠段环空70 MPa的封隔能力。现场应用结果表明,大通径插管封隔悬挂器可以有效实现压裂完井管柱的送入及双向锚定,并可实现对尾管顶部重叠段环空的高压封隔。The domestic hangers cannot satisfy the opetating requirements of open-hole staged fracture in hori-zontal wells.Therefore,the stucture of the conventional bayonet-tube packer hanger was optimized.the inner diam-eter was enlarged so that the large-diamerer tripping ball could pass smoothly in fracturingl.This makes the staged fracturing tool free from the limits of fracturing series.Meanwhile,the setting mechanism of twin-stage hydraulic cyl-inder was added to hanger which was supported by the inserted lockking device,The improved bayonet-tube packer hanger can achieve the two-way anchoring of fracture string and the 70 MPa packoff capacity of liner overlay seg-ment annulus.The application of horizontal multistage sliding sleeve staged fracturing in Zzhenjing Oilfield shows that the large -bore bayonet-tube packer hanger can effectively achieve the running and two-way anchoring of fracture completion stiring as well as the high-pressure packoff of the overlay annulus on the top of liner.
