摘 要:为研究玉米开花期的遗传机制,利用4个玉米自交系组配276/72//A188/交51四交群体,构建了包含213个SSR分子标记的遗传连锁图谱.在河南郑州和济源2个环境下共检测到开花期QTL 41个,大部分为微效等位基因,加性效应为主要效应.采用综合农艺性状加分子标记辅助选择的方法,以吐丝期1个QTL位点qSE4a所在的目标区间及其附近区间(umc1511~umc1051,bin4.05~bin4.08)为目标区段构建A188为供体亲本,交51为受体亲本的5个NIL,初步验证了该位点的遗传效应,并初步定位到标记bnlg2291附近.For studying the genetic mechanism of flowering time in maize, a four-way cross population has been used derived from four maize inbred lines with the 276/72//A188/Jiao51 crossing pattern to map quantitative trait loci that influence the traits, and the genetic linkage map was constructed used by 213 SSR (simple sequence repeat) molecular makers. 41 QTLs for the traits related to flowering time were detected under two environments (Henan Zhengzhou, Henan Jiyuan). Most of those QTL were minor alleles, and the additional effect predominated in the traits. Five NILs of the qSE4a, a QTL controlling the day to silk emergence in maize, were developed by the backcross breeding, used by the inbred A188 as the donor parent with the inbred Jiao51 as the recipient parent, under the mo- lecular makers. The target segment on chromosome 4 (umcl511 - umcl051, bin4.05 - bin4.08) containing the target region where the qSE4a was located and its neighboring region was used to devel- op the NILs. Finally, this locus, which was verified with the genetic effect, was preliminarily mapped nearby the molecular maker bnlg2291.
