摘 要:煤气化炉各个功能工段的运行工艺条件不同,整套装置的材质因其工况要求而不同,在整套设备运行过程中工况又是非常复杂多变的,文中以某石化厂的壳牌气化炉的实际运行工艺与条件为基础对其失效机理进行初步研究。结果表明:在shell气化炉的气化反应段、急冷段、输气管段、反向段、合成器冷却段,因其不同的运行工况导致出现不同程度的回火脆化、热疲劳、冷凝腐蚀、高温硫化、冲蚀等现象,依此为依据对气化炉的失效机理进行初步分析,并总结了气化炉的结构特点及其检验要点,为安全运行制定周期检验提供理论基础和指导。The equipment materials are different for different parts of gasification furnace because the running conditions are different for each functional section. The practical running conditions of the whole equipment are complex and changeable. The failure mechanism of gasification furnace was preliminarily investigated on the basis of practical running conditions of Shell gasification furnace in a petrochemical plant. The gasification furnace was classified into gasification reaction section, quench zone, gas pipeline section, reverse section and synthesizer cooling section. The results show that the phenomena such as tempering brittleness, thermal fatigue, condensation corrosion, high temperature sulfuration and erosion happen in different degrees in the above sections due to their different running conditions. On that basis, the failure mechanism was analyzed, and the gasification furnace structure characteristics and inspection key points were summarized, which provide the theoretical basis and guidance for subsequent inspection work.
