摘  要:以国内某厂60万t/a磷酸二铵(DAP)生产装置尾气的热力学与传质传热推动力特征分析,提出了DAP尾气节能减排资源化联产磷酸一铵(MAP)的清洁生产工艺。工程实践证明了此工艺的安全性与可行性。结果表明:DAP尾气节能减排可以使稀磷酸P2O5质量分数提高约4%,其能量的消减量可替代24万t/a MAP生产装置热能消耗的45%以上,实现了该工艺高效率利用二次能源的工艺集成,消除了"磷铵雨"污染,兼收资源和环境效益。揭示了DAP尾气资源化循环联产MAP清洁生产技术的前景。Based on the analysis of the thermodynamics and behavior of mass and heat transfer force of the process exhaust from a 600 000 t/a diammonium phosphate (DAP) plant, an unique technique was developed to make a full use of the cleaner process for monoammonium phosphate(MAP) production combined with recycling of exhaust gases from DAP production. The spot experiment validates that this technique is safe and feasible. The results show that the emission reduction and energy saving of DAP exhaust gases makes the P205 mass fraction of the dilute phosphoric acid increase by 4%, and its energy reduction can substitute as much as 45% of the heat energy consumption in a 240 000 t/a MAP plant, thus achieving the high efficiency of secondary energy utilization for this process, and eliminating the pollution of P-NH3 droplets. This novel unification process contributes to both environment and resources. The experimental results display a very promising future application for the cleaner process of MAP production combined with recirculation of DAP exhaust gases.
