摘 要:目的验证基于ABCD法的临床护理人力分配方法的有效性,在现有人力的基础上最大程度地满足病人的护理需求,提高护理人力的使用效率和临床护士对临床护理人力分配的满意度。方法同时应用ICU病人ABCD护理分级和治疗干预评分简化版(TISS-28)评分进行研究资料收集,根据病人ABCD护理分级进行合理的床位分配,观察ABCD分级,病人所需的护理工作量与其同时进行的TISS-28评分是否呈正相关;干预方案使用前后护士满意度、患者并发症发生率的变化。结果ABCD法能够有效地区分病人所需的护理工作量,与其同时进行的TISS-28评分呈正相关;使用干预方案前后护士满意度、患者并发症发生率均有明显差异,P<0.05,差异有显著意义。结论应用ICU病人ABCD护理分级进行护理人力资源分配,能均衡护士间的工作量,减少护士过重负荷的比例,提高护理人力的使用效率。Objective To verify the efficiency of ABCD assignment of the clinical nursing resources, and to satisfy the request of the patients on the base of present nursing resources, make the best use of clinical nursing resources for improving the contentment of the nurses to the clinical nursing assignment. Method Research data by ABCD nursing classification and treatment intervention simplify scores(TISS-28), allot beds according to ABCD nursing classification was collected to observe the nurses' workload correlates with the TISS-28 rank scores positively, the nurses' satisfaction before and after the intervention and the change of the incidence of patients' complications. Result ABCD nursing classification can effectively identify the nursing needs from the patients, it corresponds with TISS-28 rank scores, the satisfaction of nurses improved significantly and the complication incidence of patients decreased greatly after the intervention, (P〈0.05). Conclusion Allot nursing resources by ABCD nursing classification can balance the nurses' workload and lessen overloading, and improve the efficiency of nursing.
