摘　　要：为定量地评价生态矿业的现状以及合理规划生态矿业的发展目标,本文以江苏省为例,采用生态矿业发展度概念,建立了生态矿业发展度评价指标体系,并对江苏省生态矿业发展水平(或发展程度)的现状以及生态矿业发展的规划目标进行了实证研究,为矿山开发中的环境保护和灾害治理提供了一种新的有效依据。In order to evaluate the status of the ecological mining quantificationally and program the ecological mining development goals reasonably, with the example of Jiangsu province, we have proposed the concept of development degree on ecological mining and established the ecological evaluation index system of mineral development degree. In this paper we have carried on a positive research on the current development level （development degree） and the goals program of the ecological mining development in Jiangsu province, and provided a new valid basis for the environmental protection and disaster management in mine development.
