摘 要:铟(Indium)是一种全球分布极不均衡的稀散金属,中国是世界上最大原生铟生产国和铟消费国。铟提取回收领域专利技术的发展水平在一定程度上代表了该技术领域的自主创新能力和科技水平。本文通过对金属铟在提取回收技术领域专利申请现状进行分析,发现存在铟资源储量与铟提取回收专利数量不成比例、原生铟提取研究专利多于再生铟回收研究专利、专利申请数量少等问题。针对上述问题提出相应对策建议,一是加强技术创新,提高铟提取回收领域的专利产出率和铟资源利用率;二是组建铟产业联盟,加大铟资源的深度加工力度,延长铟材料产业链;三是加强从含铟电子废料中回收再生铟的研究。Indium is a scattered metal with an producer and consumer of raw indium in the world. uneven geographic distribution. China is the largest Patent application in separation and recovery of the indium reflects the ability of independent innovation and the development of science and technology in the field. In this study, the patent applications in the separation and recovery of the indium in China were analyzed using the patent analysis system. The results showed that the number of patent applications was less than expected,being disproportionate to the resource reserve of the indium, the patents in the recovery of reclaimed indium were much less than those in the separation of raw indium. In responding to these issues,some countermeasures are proposed, inclued strengthen technical innovation to improve the patent output in the separation and recovery of the indium and the efficiency of indium resource utilization~ establish indium industry alliances to promote the efforts in indium deep-processing and to extend the industry chain for indium materials~ reinforce the research on the recovery of reclaimed indium from indium-containing electronic scraps.
