摘　　要：本文结合TPM(全员生产维修)在设备管理中的高效率、全系统、全员参与等特点,对TPM管理理念在医院医疗设备管理中的可行性进行了探讨,并把TPM管理的实施划分为5个阶段,分析了每个实施阶段的实施细则,以此实现医院医疗设备的维修与应用效率的最大化。TPM （Total Productive Maintenance） management has the characteristics of high efficiency, whole system and full participation. In this paper, the feasibility of application of TPM in medical equipment management in hospitals is discussed and implementation of TPM is divided into 5 stages with analysis of detailed regulations in each stage so as to realize the maintenance of medical equipment and make medical equipment employed efficiently.
