摘　　要：医用直线加速器属于当前治疗肿瘤的主要设备之一,其能量输出大、辐射力强,因此做好辐射防护是至关重要的。本文以我院高能医用直线加速器安装为例,详细介绍了加速器机房的防护建设要求,以及其他附件装置对加强辐射防护安全的重要性。The medical linear accelerator, as one of the main equipment applied in treatment of tumors at the present time, has the features of high energy output and strong radiation, based on which it is vital to take radiation protection measures. Hospital of Laiwu Steel Group is cited in this paper as an example to illustrate the requirements of engine room construction for radiation protection and the significance of other accessories in intensification of radiation protection from the medical linear accelerator.
